On the 4th June 2014 SafeNet announced the end-of-sale and support transition dates for all versions of ProtectServer Internal Express and ProtectServer External. This message is to remind you that these products will transition to best-effort support at the end of January 2016. Best effort support will be available until January 2020. Customers with active maintenance contracts will continue to receive support from SafeNet as outlined in this announcement.
Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product(s). Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement. For customers with active and paid service and support contracts, support will be available until the termination date of the contract, even if this date exceeds the Last Date of Support shown in the following table:
