Please be advised that in order to improve security of the seed handling for SPA, SRA and SafeWord / SAMx products, Operations have introduced a new process for accessing the Seed Files that are delivered to customers. Customers will now receive a separate password by email which will be used to securely open the seed file.

• For SPA&SafeWord – The password will be sent to the email address that is specified on the PO for password sending (this is required in the PO).

• For SAMx/SRA – The password will be sent to the customer’s Web portal log in ID email address.

This procedure has already been introduced for SafeWord / SAMx and SRA customers and is due to be introduced for SPA customers shortly.
