The DPoD team has developed two features to improve user functionality and support. These enhancements are part of our ongoing effort to make DPoD more intuitive, secure, and aligned with your needs.

Snapshot Functionality – Full-Service Recovery and Continuity Made Simple

To enhance user control and resilience, the DPoD team has launched a robust new Snapshot feature that allows users to capture and restore the full state of a Luna Cloud HSM Service.

Service Snapshot is a complete capture of the state of the Luna Cloud HSM Service that includes all objects, keys, certificates stored on the partition, as well as the current state of credentials for initialized users on the partition (Security Officer, Crypto Officer, Crypto User).  A Service Snapshot can be created or restored at any time by a user.

In addition, an automatic System Snapshot is created daily by DPoD and retained for seven days to provide a reliable recovery point. 

The Snapshot feature is an invaluable feature in case of accidental key deletion, a zeroized partition due to failed log in attempts, or if an invalid object created on the partition renders it inoperable.

Featured Services Section – Smarter Service Discovery in the Marketplace

To improve discoverability and promote strategic offerings, DPoD Marketplace now includes a Featured Services section prominently located below the top banner above the regular marketplace listings. This UI enhancement enables us to call attention to our newest services or highlight existing services. We will rotate the Featured Services periodically.
