Gemalto would like to remind you that the Luna EFT products prior to version 1.4.2 will reach end of support status and become fully end of life on the 31st December 2017.
Customers looking for a replacement product are encouraged to migrate to the Luna EFT 2 which is fully backwards compatible with applications written for older Luna EFT, ProtectHost White and ProtectHost EFT versions.
The End-of-Sale (EOS), Last-Time-Buy (LTB) and Good Faith Support dates for the Luna EFT 1.4.2 and earlier are detailed below.

End-of-Sales (EOS) and Last-Time-Buy (LTB): No new sales for product
Last Time Buy: Orders up until the LTB date will be processed on a first-come first-served basis.
Good Faith Support: When indicated on a Service/Maintenance Quote means that SafeNet will provide support for the applicable product(s) only to the extent reasonably practicable. SafeNet will be under no obligation to provide Major Releases, Minor Releases or Quality Updates with respect to any product supported on an End of Life basis. Repairs for End of Life products will be performed only if components are reasonably available and replacements will be provided only as long as inventory is reasonably available. SafeNet will continue to provide telephone support to the extent reasonably practicable without providing Major Releases, Minor Releases or Quality Updates, and SafeNet provides no guarantee that a problem with a product supported on an End of Life basis can or will be resolved.
