We are excited to announce that Thales Luna Hardware Security Module (HSM) 7 has received the Common Criteria (CC) EAL4+ (AVA_VAN.5 and ALC_FLR.2) certification based on the eIDAS Protection Profile EN 419221-5, Certificate Number CC-20-195307.

As a result, Luna HSM 7 can now be positioned for eIDAS trust services, complying with the European eIDAS regulation for digital signatures, seals and timestamps.

Customers with active maintenance contracts can upgrade and take advantage of the new capabilities by downloading Luna HSM v7.7.0 or Luna HSM Universal Client v10.3 field releases from the Thales Support Portal (Knowledge Base Article: KB0022981).  Additional information for this release can also be found on the Thales Technical Blog, as well as the customer release notes on Thales Docs.
