Thales Crypto Command Center Version 3.7.x End of Support Notice

Overview

Thales recently launched Crypto Command Center version 3.9, providing easy provisioning, management and monitoring for Thales Luna Hardware Security Modules (HSMs). Because of this latest release, Thales is announcing the end of support for version 3.7.x as per the timelines listed in Table 1. To ease your migration efforts, please refer to Table 2 below.

New with Crypto Command Center v3.9:

  • CCC Set Up: A simpler, more automated installation and configuration process reducing time and effort for users during set up.
  • Device Reboot: A new feature that enables users to reboot a device if needed.
  • Frequently Asked Questions: Refer to the new FAQ section in CCC documentation to find quick answers to commonly asked questions.

Supported Technologies

Crypto Command Center can manage PED and password-authenticated Luna Network HSM devices that meet the following minimum requirements:

  Appliance Software

  • Luna HSM software 6.2.2; 6.3; up to 7.3; 7.4 (FM disabled for full CCC features), 7.4 (FM enabled for device monitoring only); 7.7.0 or 7.7.1 (FM disabled for full CCC features) 7.70 or 7.71 (FM enabled for device monitoring only)
  • REST API required

  Firmware

  • 6.24.7 or higher
