The DPoD engineering team has been hard at work developing enhancements to improve our customers’ user experience. Today we announce enhanced usability with how DPoD users can trigger additional service purchases through our marketplace. The ability to request additional services in that way is now fully integrated within the DPoD platform, so users will no longer be redirected to an offsite form. Because the additional form was hosted outside of DPoD, it interrupted the flow and caused some confusion among users. This new approach eases friction and greatly improves usability, especially for more hands-on DPoDers who like to manage the security services on their own.

The approval flow for additional service purchases through the marketplace remains the same.

Obtaining additional service commitments through quoting and Purchase Orders is not affected by this marketplace enhancement and remains available the same as before.
