SafeNet Authentication Service Agent for Windows Logon version 1.13 – Release Update

We’d like to inform you that an updated version of the SafeNet Authentication Service Agent for Windows Logon version 1.13 is now available for download from the Gemalto Service Portal – DOW4195.

This release introduces new features, resolves several issues, and enhances security.

New Features and Enhancements

    • Security Enhancements – Several security issues have been resolved, including hardening of the directory permissions level.

    • Support for Windows 10 – Windows 10 has been added to the list of supported operating systems.

Advisory Note

SafeNet Authentication Service Agent for Windows Logon 1.13 does not support upgrade from earlier versions. Instead, the configuration from the older version must be saved, using the Configuration Export/Import Utility (WLAAgentConfigUtility.exe), and then imported into the new installation.
NOTE: For versions of SafeNet Authentication Service Agent for Windows Logon earlier than 1.11, neither upgrade nor migration to version 1.13 is supported.
