SafeNet Authentication Service Agent for NPS v.2.0 – Release Update

We’d like to inform you that an updated version of the SafeNet Authentication Service Agent for NPS – version 2.0 – is now available for download from the Gemalto Service Portal (DOW4346).

This updated version introduces new features and enhancements and resolves several issues.

New Features and Enhancements

  • Support for Return Attributes– Supports the use of SAS-defined user or group RADIUS Return Attributes.
  • Gemalto Branding – The user interface has been updated with Gemalto branding.
  • Support for Push OTP – SafeNet Authentication Service Agent for NPS v2.0 willsupport the Push OTP feature with MobilePASS+ (Gemalto’s next generation mobile authenticator) when SafeNet Authentication Service Cloud Edition version 3.5.1 becomes available.

Upgrade Advisory

  • SafeNet Authentication Service Agent for NPS version 2.0 supports upgrade from version 1.31.
