With the latest update to Data Protection on Demand (DPoD), Luna Cloud HSM will include a support tool that allows customers to perform common troubleshooting checks and collect information for support.
The new support tool will be automatically bundled with the client download to improve the DPoD support team’s ability to troubleshoot client connectivity issues.
- Improves troubleshooting capabilities
- Enables documentation improvements
- Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) do not need to pass additional files for troubleshooting
