We’d like to advise you that SafeNet MobilePASS version 8.4.4 for Windows Desktop is now available for download from the Gemalto Service Portal (DOW4302).
This is a maintenance release and resolves an issue involving the appearance of “unknown tokens” as detailed below.
Handling Unknown Tokens
In some cases, following users resetting their Windows password, tokens labeled “Unknown Tokens” appear in the list of MobilePASS Windows Desktop tokens. To resolve this issue, users will be required to uninstall the currently installed version of SafeNet MobilePASS for Windows Desktop and install version 8.4.4. A detailed explanation of this installation process is available with the CRN included with the software download package.
